Pesto (Basil sauce)
The real traditional basil Pesto
This famous sauce comes from a northern Italian region (Ligurie), this delicious sauce is perfect with pasta such as fusilli or orechiette.
You can directly eat the pesto with pasta and rice. To create a perfect Italian sauce you may mix in a boil 3 spoons of pesto, a bit of olive oil, a spoon of crème fraiche, 2 spoons of parmesan cheese, and 2 spoon of hot water. Then mix the different ingredients and add it to a rice or pasta dish.
