Nougat is also an italian specialty. It origins from Courts of provinces where hazelnuts and almonds were produced (and that includes a great part of Italy).
This nougat is made with orange-flower honey, slighty grilled almonds from Avola and pistachios from Bronte that gives to the nougat some green notes and a delicate taste. It has to be tasted.
