Black cherry jam from Provence
Made with black cherries from Provence.
This is a really special black cherry jam, prepared according to tradition in a copper cauldron. Just as good served with savoury dishes (try it with ewe's milk cheese) as it is spread on hot, buttery croissants for your breakfast.
