Colourful, this blend is composed of a dozen spices. It flavoures your preparations and gives a nice copper colour to your dishes.
This blend is called "Tandoori Massala" because it is the name of a traditional oven in terra cotta, in Central Asia. Every peasant made his own blend of spices: so each preparation had a particular flavour.
Suggestions of use: - marinade with yoghurt and lemon - rabbit, duck or pork
coriander in powder, fenugreek in powder, salt, cumin, cinnamon, hot pepper, pepper, ginger, marjoram, garlic, mustard, laurel, nutmeg, clove, mace, cardamom.
