Goose Terrine with Muscat

For a real taste of South-West France, this terrine combines the flavours of duck breast and Monbazillac wine to perfection. Delicous served as part of a simple lunch with freshly-baked crusty bread, pickles and a glass or two of wine.
Pork meat, goose breast 25%, chicken liver, eggs, Monbazillac wine 3%, salt, corn starch, pepper.
