These pretty pearls are made of seaweed spheres with a liquid centre flavoured with vinegar and shallot.
Although specially designed to accompany oysters, you can also use them to lift the flavour of sushi, smoked salmon and salads.
Composition
red wine vinegar (red wine vinegar, preservative: sodium bisulfite E222, water, natural flavor scallion 0.7%, thickener: cellulose gum, gelling agents: calcium chloride, sodium alginate, powdered shallot 0.16% . Contains sulfites.
