Apricot jam from Lozère
Apricots grown in a Lozerian micro-climate
This jam was prepared by Martine Boyer at Ispagnac in the Lozere region of France, using fruit harvested from her orchards. It's extremely rare to be able to grow apricots in this region, but thanks to the micro-climate of Ispagnac, Martine is able to gather enough to produce a very spcial jam bursting with flavour.
Preserving : keep in a cool dry environment after opening.
Apricots and sugar. Prepared with 55g of fruits for 100g. Total sugar content : 62g for 100g (including fruits' sugar).
