Apricot Halves in Syrup
Use in puddings, pies, cakes, or with ice cream and fruit salads
Versatile and delicious, these apricot halves have a multitude of uses.
Recipe: Apricot, yogurt and coconut cups:
Ingredients (serves 4):
4 natural yogurts
8 apricot halves
30g caster sugar
50g corn flakes
30g dessicated coconut
1) Mix the yogurt with the caster sugar and a tablespoon of the apricot syrup
2) Spoon half of the yogurt mixture into a pudding glass, top with chopped apricot and half the cornflakes, then another layer of yogurt. Finish with the rest of the apricots, cornflakes and coconut.
Apricots, water, sugar. Dry weight.
