A traditional Gentian liqueur from the Auvergne!
Made using the roots of wild gentian plants growing in the Auvergne. The roots are mashed and left to infuse. The infusion is then distilled with other aromatic plants, and left to mature in oak casks. A delicious liqueur, perfect as an aperitif, made according to traditional methods in the Massif Central.
