Organic Gaspacho with country vegetables
In green and against all odds, change from the too classic red gazpacho!
For a change from the classic red gazpacho, the Atelier Bernard Marot offers you a green recipe, just as refreshing and appetizing.
It is a rather playful way to eat green vegetables while enjoying yourself because this gazpacho contains, among other things, cucumber, courgettes, green peppers and even a little mint!
(Best served chilled) This gazpacho is ideal with toast rubbed with garlic. You can also spread fresh cheese, goat's cheese or feta cheese on the toast and sprinkle it with a little Espelette pepper to give more consistency to your starter.
Cucumber 40%, water, courgette 16%, pepper 6%, onions 5%, potato 5%, vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, Guérande salt, garlic, mint, lemon juice, concentrate, spices. Possible traces of shellfish, nuts, milk, molluscs, mustard, egg, fish.
