Couilles de singe 12.5% - Belgian cherry-flavoured liqueur
A tart cherry liqueur that will spice up your cocktails!
This liqueur is inspired by the Monkey's Couille, a small, round, red, tangy Belgian candy. It has the taste of cherry, with all the acidity that will give punch to your cocktails.
It was created by the people of Liège who also gave birth to the Zizi Coin Coin.
How to enjoy it?
Pure with ice cubes or lengthened with Prosecco or sparkling water.

The recipe of the summer!
- 5 cl white Cuban rum
- 4cl of Monkey Balls (according to taste... to be adapted)
- 5 cl of sparkling water or tonic
- 1 lime
- 4 cl cane sugar syrup
- 10 mint leaves
- 1/2 glass of crushed ice
Squeeze the lime, then cut it into quarters and place them in a glass.
Arrange mint leaves on top of the lemon and crush it in the bottom of the glass.
Add the cane sugar, rum, sparkling water and crushed ice.
Mix, and add the Monkey Balls.
Water, sugar, alcohol, flavours, acidity regulators (E330), stabilizer (E414, E445), colouring (E122). Alcohol : 12.5%
