Organic ewe's milk yoghurts on a bed of Cévennes chestnuts
A yoghurt combining two essential flavours from the south of the Massif Central: Lacaune ewe's milk from the Grands Causses and chestnuts from the Cévennes.
This yoghurt combines the quality of organic sheep's milk and the delicacy of territorial flavours.
Made with organic ewe's milk from the Lacaune breed, the same as that used for the famous Roquefort cheese, this yoghurt is rich in protein and very easily digestible (well tolerated by people who cannot tolerate cow's milk).
The chestnut purée gives the yoghurt an original taste. It is supplied by Verfeuille, an artisanal producer located in the heart of the Cévennes.
