The pinnacle of the know-how of the Roquefort Papillon cellar! A blue-veined cheese made from raw ewe's milk in large and numerous cellars.

Roquefort Taste Noir is the flagship product of the Papillon cellar, with its more advanced maturing, creamy and peppery flavours. Its banch paste and its intense blue veins offer a smooth and supple text, a typical, balanced and long taste in the mouth.

To match with a sweet white wine (Sauternes, Monbazillac) or a banyuls to be surprised!
