Nestled in its valley in the heart of the Margeride in Lozere (48), the Velay farm raises Montbelliardes dairy cows between blocks of granite, at an altitude of over 1000m. The well-being of the animals is at the heart of the quality of their dairy products: cheeses, butter, yoghurts made from raw cow's milk.
