Preparation tips :
To obtain pretty soufflés, remove the lid from the jar and heat it in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 160°C. To know exactly when to take it out of the oven, wait until the soufflé is golden brown and well puffed. Once out, serve it quickly to your guests!
