Unconventional, perhaps, but a resounding success nonetheless
The Nord Pas-de-Calais is a region rich in gastronomic tradition. In the spirit of their culinary heritage, that the region has created their own label, the Saveur en'Or, allocated to food companies by an independent organisation according to very strict standards of quality, respect of traditional artisanal methods and the origin of the ingredients. Thanks to the quality of its products, “Les Cuisinés des Sources” was granted the right to display this prestigious label on its “Les Délices des Flandres” range of products.
The addition of rhubarb to this pork terrine is a little unconventional, but the result is really very special: aromatic, well-rounded and delicious.
