A delicious pastry with prunes and Armagnac
Michel Glosek, self-appointed ambassador of Gascony, has travelled the world to find inspiration for his culinary creations. Keen to share his experiences and his love of fine food, he settled in Gascony, a region steeped in tradition, where he has created his business 'Glosek Gourmet', to develop a range of products which marry tradition and innovation.
This jar contains a delicious pudding of meltingly light biscuit, soaked in an Armagnac and mocha syrup and filled with prunes and Armagnac.
We suggest that you serve the charlotte as a pudding with custard or vanilla ice cream.
