Founded in 1840, the mustard maker Fallot puts great emphasis on the quality of its products. This is a true Burgundy mustard, produced with mustard seed grown in the same region as the white Burgundy wine.
Here in a limited edition earthenware jar decorated by Alain Vavro who is creating logo and decoration for gastronomic items' packaging all over the world.
From February 2011, Burgundy is protected by a regional IGP. This European label won in 2009, guarantees that all the process is totally made in the region.
Water, mustard seed from Burgundy, white Burgundy wine 16,3%, salt, acidifier: citric acid, antioxidant: potassium disulphite, spices.
