An old favourite and one of the bastions of French bistro cooking, produced with flair by the Sudreau company, who have added their own local flavour by using the excellent wine of Cahors. Slowly cooked, this dish promises meltingly tender meat and a richly flavoured sauce.
Cockerel (51%), Cahors wine (35%), carrots (8%), mushrooms (2%), bacon (1.5%), meat stock, duck fat, corn and wheat flour, sugar, salt, pepper and flavouring.
