You are one of those who are not convince by the mix of zucchini goat cheese and honey? Well, you must absolutely taste this little piece of work! Most of the time, we associate the goat cheese with honey and the goat cheese with the zucchini but it is really unusual to see all three reunited. The taste of the zucchini contrasts the perfume of the goat cheese while the honey gives a sweet touch to the mix. The whole thing is cooked with spices and aromatics.     

Cooking tips:

This preparation has to be served fresh and spread at the last moment or you can put them on toasts or on a cereal fresh bread…  Or you can prepare hulls of macaroon which you can furnish with it. It is wonderful for the adepts of sweet and salty!

  

  

55% grilled zucchini, 15% goat cheese, vegetable oil (rapeseed or sunflower), water, tomato paste, wheat fiber, 1.8% honey, salt, garlic, concentrated lemon juice , spices and herbs. Allergenic ingredient: goat cheese. Possible traces of shellfish, tree nuts, mustard, egg, fish.
