A delicious and authentic prawn soup made in Brittany according an old traditional recipe.
Serving suggestion: Heat the soup gently without boiling. You can thicken the soup by adding a little milk, egg yolks or crème fraîche. Serve with croutons and grated cheese. The soup is also delicious used as a basis to prepare sauces for fish recipes.
