An Italian specialty made in Piedmont region
wheat flour, raisins 16%, egg yolk, butter, brown sugar, candied orange peel 8% (orange peel, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup), sourdough (wheat flour) invert sugar syrup, citron 1%, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids E471, sunflower lecithin E322; barley malt, salt, flavorings. Icing and decoration: sugar, egg white, hazelnuts, almonds, apricot kernels, rice flour. Few contain traces of soy.
