The Batteleku company is held up as an example of the very best of Basque produce. The terrines that it makes are all prepared with fish caught for the most part off the local coastline, and elaborated with the greatest attention to the Basque tradition.
This assortment contains three 85g jars of terrine: sardine and garlic, tuna and tomato, and mackerel and onion.
sardine with garlic terrine: sardines (74 % Sardina pilchardus), extra virgin olive oil, garlic (8 %), pepper, salt, paprika, hot chilli pepper. Tuna with tomato terrine: tuna (54 % Tunnus alalunga), extra virgin olive oil, tomato (20 %), onion, hot chilli pepper, pepper, paprika, salt. mackerels with onions terrine: mackerels (Scomber japonicus 57 %), onions (21 %), extra virgin olive oil from Navarre, tomato, pepper, salt, paprika, hot chilli pepper.
