Duck and Mushroom Risotto
A delicious dish
A risotto is a very smooth preparation of rice which we owe to Italian food. Indeed, the method of baking and the variety of rice permits to obtains all these flavours. Here, we chose some Arborio rice, the supreme rice for risottos.
In this ready-made recipe, the risotto is prepared with frayed duck. It is soft and full of flavours and the whole preparation is cooked with paris mushrooms and ceps.
Cooking Tips :
Remove the seal and warm it in a traditional oven or in a microwave for three minutes.
Arborio rice round 50%, water, 10% duck risotto, mushroom risotto Paris 10%, onions, porcini risotto 6%, green onions, sunflower oil, butter (milk), dry white wine table (sulphites) cream (milk), garlic, natural flavor, salted pork belly, thyme, salt, white pepper.
