An award-winning duck foie gras from the Dordogne!

This whole duck foie gras, made in the Dordogne region of France, won a gold medal at the 2001 National Agricultural Contest organised by the French Ministry of Agriculture.

Serving suggestion: spread on a slice of hot toast end enjoy with a glass of sweet white wine... or for a real gourmet treat, enjoy with a slice of gingerbread and a drop of fig jam!
