This mustard is made according to traditional methods by the Fallot at Beaune in Burgundy. Fallot have been making mustard since 1840. The best quality seeds are selected and ground as in the past, between millstones. This method avoids damaging the heat-sensitive seeds, ensuring that their flavour is preserved.
