The establishment Fallot gathered for you the best of Burgundy (Bourgogne). Indeed, this is a traditional mustard which was tied with a Chardonnay vine wine called Chablis. He was cultivated under semi-continental climate and associate purity freshness and sharpness.
With its small fresh and mineral touch, this mustard is made in a traditional way by a Burgundy factory in Beaune, a mustard-maker since 1840. Seeds are selected for their qualities and are ground as in the past with millstones (flint). Millstones avoid damaging the heat-sensitive seeds and keep their flavours.
Cooking Tips: This white wine Chablis mustard will perfume your white meats, fishes, seafood and eggs. You can also use it for your mayonnaises or vinaigrettes.
