Mustard with Burgundy truffles
A traditional mouthwatering mustard with truffles to lift the finest dishes!
Finely decorated with truffle of Burgundy, this mustard is made by the establishment Fallot in Beaune, a mustard factory since 1840. Seeds are selected for their qualities and are ground as in the past with millstones (flint). Millstones avoid damaging the heat-sensitive seeds and keep their flavours.
This mustard with Burgundy truffles will bring more taste to your rabbits, sirloin steaks, and meat in sauce, cold meats, with your mayonnaise or vinaigrettes.
