The original mustard from Orléans!

The Pouret Company was established in 1797 in Orléans. The mustard of Orléans is made according to a local recipe created in 1580. Jean Martin and Michelin starred chef Alain Passard have revived this traditional recipe. Made using best quality mustard seeds, Guérande salt and Orléans vinegar, this mustard is ground by millstone in order to retain all its taste, subtlety and delicacy. It is characterized by its strong flavour, a fine, smooth texture and an original and unique colour. Use to enhance sauces or spread on to the base of a savoury tart to add flavour and flair.
