Confit of sautéed pork with Vouvray wine
This lovely, richly flavoured confit of sautéed pork can be served with a green salad as a starter, or with potatoes and French beans as a main dish.
Eat cold or warm gently in a bain-marie for 20 minutes. Recommended wine: semi-dry or dry Vouvray.
Pork meat, meat stock, jelly, colouring: caramel E150b, wine: Vouvray 1 %, lactose, flavour enhancer: sodium glutamate, acidifier: citric acid.
