'Vourvrillonne' Andouillette Sausage Fricassée
A delicious French dish of sausage, mushroom and shallots

Andouillette Fricassée from Vouvray
This Vouvray sauce, made of mustard and shallots, goes perfectly with andouillettes. This homemade recipe can be served with steamed or sautéed potatoes as a main dish.
How to prepare:
Heat in a bain-marie for 15 minutes or for a few minutes in the microwave.
Recommended wine: semi-dry or dry Vouvray.
