Slow cooked beef cheek with cider

Tender pieces of beef cheek served with a tasty cider sauce. Apples, mushrooms and potatoes enhance the subtle flavours of this sensational recipe.

Serving suggestion

Heat in a bain-marie for 15 minutes or for 2 minutes in the microwave before serving.

Beef cheek (39 %), cider (11 %), mushrooms, potatoes, veal stock, fresh cream, wheat flour, onions, vegetable fat, calvados, butter, salt, pepper.
