A jam with sweet autumnal flavour
The chestnut season does not last a long time, a lapse of concentration and you will miss the occasion to enjoy these delicious fruits. We gather the most beautiful chestnuts at the end of September and marry them with apples in a delicately flavoured, smoothly textured jam. Our jams are made using ripe, wild fruit and organic brown cane sugar and traditional methods, which respect the variations of maturity and content of water of the fruit to preserve its flavour, colour and texture.
Apple (60%), chestnuts (40%), brown cane sugar. Total sugar content: 60g for 100g. Made with 50% fruit.
