Tarama made of slightly smooked cod eggs

Made from slightly smoked cod eggs, this Tarama is a Greek speciality. You can toast it on bread or blinis. Once you have opened the box, keep it into your fridge and eat it in the next 5 days.

Sunflower oil, water, smoked cod eggs (25%), bread (wheat flour, salt), salt, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid, ascorbic acid, stabilizer: xanthan gum.
