Cep Mushroom Risotto
A traditional Italian risotto with delicious woody aromas
With its delicate, woody flavour of cep mushrooms, this Italian-style risotto is just as easy to prepare as it is delicious.
Gently fry the rice in a saucepan with 5 spoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil, then add half a glass of white wine. Add 1l of stock little by little, and cook on a low heat until the rice is al dente, before stirring in a little salt and butter to taste.
Carnaroli rice, cep mushrooms (Boletus Edulis) 6%, chives, parsley, garlic.
