Saint Jean Summer Truffle Risotto
A perfect flavour combination!
The delicious aromatic truffle adds an extra dimension of flavour to this creamy risotto.
Gently fry the rice in a saucepan with 5 spoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil, then add half a glass of white wine. Add 1l of stock little by little, and cook on a low heat until the rice is al dente, before stirring in a little salt and butter to taste.
Carnaroli rice 95%, cep mushrooms (Boletus Edulis), Saint Jean truffle (Tuber aestivum) 1%, parsley, garlic, truffle aroma 0.5%.
