Ox Casserole - 380g
A wonderfully rich casserole made with ox meat
The Rhône delta is renowned for its cattle farming. The bull meat from Camargue is the only one in France to carry an AOC (Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée). The meat is marinated in red wine and cooked slowly, at least 4 hours, which concentrates the aromas.
Serving suggestion: Heat slowly, without boiling, and serve with rice or fresh pasta.
