This unique speciality, made of smoked beef tongue and foie gras, has a special place in French gastronomic heritage.

Preparation tips:

Put the foie gras in the fridge 24 hours before serving. Slice the Lucullus with a thin-bladed knife and serve on toasted bread as an aperitif.
