Aioli sauce is a typical Mediterranean recipe. Known all over the world, this sauce is made with 100% natural ingredients and freshly-laid eggs.
Serving suggestion: excellent with fish, shell-fish and seafood. Equally delicious with meat, or as a dip.
Aïoli mussels: Steam 15 big mussels per person, add a small spoonful of aïoli to the broth and serve with rice or potatoes.
Colza oil, new-laid eggs, garlic, salt, vinegar, E330. Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Once opened, keep in the fridge for 2 to 3 days.
