Whelks in court-bouillon
An exclusivity from Polito's family!
Presentation : this whelk recipe is an exclusivity from the producer Azaïs-Polito in Sete. These whelks mainly come from the Thau pool close to Sete, with the addition of whelks from the French Atlantic coast. They are simply cooked in a court bouillon in order to preserve their natural taste.
Tasting : serve cold with other sea food or serve warm with potatoes, parsley, and a rouille sauce.
