Ginger flavoured Dijon mustard
A hot and pungent mustard
Ginger has been used in European cuisine since the Middle-Ages. Saint Hildegarde believed that ginger prevented plague and sailors used it to avoid scurvy. It's a stimulant with a hot and peppery taste.
Serving suggestion : a really strong and hot mustard. Be careful !
