This meat stock is made with marjoram, thyme, laurel, parsley, coriander ... This great mix is a perfect basis to cook meat sauce. It has been made with finely sliced and dried herbs with complementary flavours. This is an easy and convenient ingredient which made every recipes special!
You just have to add pinches of this court bouillon to boiling water. Stir and let it infuse for 5 minutes. Then add it to your sauces or creams. It can also be used to prepare a risotto.
