Please note that green pepper offers a unique flavour which is sweeter, more full and rounded, but with less heat than black pepper which is the sun-dried product of Green Pepper. This duck pâté with green peppercorns brings very powerful aromas and freshness given by a nice acidity.
Serve as an aperitif.
