Duck Pâté with Green Peppercorns
This duck terrine is made by craftsmen in the Aveyron by Roger Vidal who had the delicious idea of ??the season with pepper green.
Please note that green pepper offers a unique flavour which is sweeter, more full and rounded, but with less heat than black pepper which is the sun-dried product of Green Pepper. This duck pâté with green peppercorns brings very powerful aromas and freshness given by a nice acidity.
Serve as an aperitif.
Duck meat (25%), pork fat, pork meat, pork liver, chicken liver, green peppercorns 2%, salt, milk proteins, pepper.
