Mirin is a sweet rice wine made from sticky rice fermented with a "Koji". Mirin is a basic ingredient of traditional Japanese cuisine similar to sake but slightly less alcoholic and sweeter.

Make your teriyaki sauce with Mirin:
4 tablespoons of mirin
4 tablespoons soy sauce
10g of sugar
1 tablespoon of oil
