Fourme d'Ambert cheese is made from cow milk in the Forez mountains. It has a nice white color and blue marks. Its maturing process lasts between 1 and 2 months and gives it its special mild taste that everybody will taste.
Origin : Fourme d'Ambert has an "AOP" label which garantees its genuine making process and its constant quality.
