Quality is our priority !

It is our philosophy ! We prepare our pasta following a traditional know how and giving a constant priority to the quality of the products.

We carefully select the cereals we buy because it is impossible to make good pasta with bad cereals ! We also propose you many different organic pasta made with organic cereals and vegetables.

The making of pasta is done at a low temperature to keep all the flavors to the pasta. Pasta are then slowly dried still at a low temperature. It takes more time and it is more expensive... but taste our pasta and you will understand the reason of this choice !
