Fabre's Pasta

We live in La Chapelle St-Ursin a small city in the Cher county in the center of France.

We carefully select the best cereals and the best vegetables or spices to prepare our pasta according a traditional recipe. Once made, our pasta are dried slowly at low temperature to keep all their gustative qualities.
