A three centuries old tradition...
 
The mill has been working for the last three centuries. In the early 1900's, it was bought by the Monteau family. that is still running it.

The power of water...
 
The energy necessary to the mill has always been provided by the Touloubre river. Throughout the years, we have progressively modernised the mill.

The mill has now a new turbine. We can grind up to 300kg of wheat per hour !

Cereals are ground by the action of millstones as it was done in the past.
