Biodynamic principles

We apply on our farm the biodynamic principles since 1987. The main 2 principles are the following :

First principle : we take into account the lunar calendar when we set up our work program. Some tasks are to be done when the moon is full, other when the moon is still young.

Second principle : we only use organic substances from animal or plant origin. We mix these substances with water to ease their oxydation and we spread these mix on our soils to enrich them.

This create an entire cycle. Cereals feed animals that give the organic substances (manure) that enrich the soils.

Another difference : our products are cultivated from seeds coming from the previous harvest... that is not any more very common in modern farming...
