Oliverie des Baronnies
Olives are grown between Nyons and Carpentras, below Mont Ventoux in a very sunny climate. An exceptional terroir, a several generations-inherited-know-how, and taste traditions make olives develop and express all their flavors.
Oliverie Baronnies recipes are all inspired by Mediterranean traditions. The fruit is gently crushed to release all their flavors, then mixed with oils and tasteful herbs and spices.
On toasts, on fresh bread, with sticks, with hard boiled eggs, in a pie, a salad or to go with pasta and fish, tapenade, caviar and poichichade will transport you directly into the Provencal garrigue.
